Instructions For New Clients at our Pet Resort

Existing clients, please go ahead and make a reservation using our online booking tool. New clients, please fill out the boarding forms before booking and email them to us.

• This service is provided by an outside contractor and not set up got us providing the transportation 
• When making a reservation please use the "Special instructions" box to specify if you would like your pet picked up or dropped off in the morning or afternoon.

*For example, your reservation is Thursday- Monday in the special instruction box: morning pickup and afternoon drop off

•  Please do not make last minute reservations as we may not see it in time, or the van            may be full. Please call or text for last minute accommodations 

Unfortunately,. we are not able to board the following type of dogs:

• Giant dog breads 
• Intact Dogs over 1 year old (Pets that have not been spayed/neutered)
• Dogs with a history of fence jumping or yard escapes 
• Dogs with aggression towards other animals or people 

• food (if we do not have your brand)
• Medication if needed 
• Blanket or something from home is fine but not required. We have bedding, but some pets like something that is familiar, especially on the first visit. Please do not send large beds as we do not have room in the van.

Overnight pet boarding is available when space permits. we do not accept overnight stays   during holidays and school breaks. Reservations are required, and we recommend holiday reservations be made several weeks in advance to ensure your space. 

At Camp 4 Paws, we observe major holidays. If the banks are closed, so are we. Therefore, if we are closed, we do not make deliveries or answer the phone. We are, however, providing our guests with the same quality care and attention they always receive. We thank you for respecting our family's privacy
